How to Unlock and Restore Orginal IMEI & S/N of Airtel's Huawei E5573s-606 Firmware Version : 21.315.XX.XX.XXX

1. Download the ZIP containing all software tools and firmwares.

 Download software tools: Huawei_E5573s-606.zip 

2. Install the drivers in the order:

  1. Huawei-HiLink-Driver
  2. Drivers_v.4.25.11.00
  3. Drivers_v.5.01.06.00

3. Restart your PC.
4. Put alternate SIM card in your device.
5. Dismantle the device, let the battery and SIM be inside the device, but don’t switch ON the device.
6. Now you are ready to boot-short your modem. Refer the following video to boot short your modem.

7. On boot-short you will hear a device connected notification sound from your PC and new port has been detected as shown in the video below.  Refer following video for unlocking the device and restoring original IMEI & S/N of your device after boot-short.
TROUBLESHOOTING:

 You may need to Disable Signature Verification on Windows and install drivers again if your modem/port is not detected by PC

If loading usbloaderE5573s.bin using Balong_USB_Downloader tool is showing some error, close Balong tool and disconnect your modem from computer. Now you will run BOS_Solution.reg and restart your PC.You need to boot-short your modem again.Once the Port has been appeared don't run BOS_Solution.reg,this time you need to just launch Balong_USB_Downloader tool. Detect the port and load usbloaderE5573s.bin using Balong_USB_Downloader tool.

You may need to disconnect and restart the modem to view change in IMEI.

    please i have but huawei E5573s-856 i tried downgrading it from 2.3100.000 to 2.180.00000 but it ask for me a password datalock code

      You can use below link to calculate datalock code and flash code . However the newer version of firmwares get error 19 and you will have to follow the boot-shot method. Make sure that you got the correct firmware to flash.http://www.lifesat.net/huawei-unlock-code-calculator-v1-v2-v3-v4-algo/

    help me with the softwares and firmware for E5573S-865 its original firmware is 21.3150000 it tried flash code as datalock code but it said its wrong help me please

      The 4g/3g/2g band of your modem might be different from E5573-606 model. Do some search in google and get the firmware which works. Do it at your own risk

      This method is only for Huawei E5573s-606 Firmware Version : 21.315.XX.XX.XXX. This method will not work for the modem you specified.

      Search for DC unlocker method in google. Search with your model and firmware version . Personally i havent tried unlocking the model you mentioned

      maybe your OS is win 8.1, try on another pc, prefer Win 7 (up to date)

    myy router's usb is dead.. it is not detected on either windows or mac.

    During the firmware installation on my device e5573cs-322 it went dead instead of rebooting. A red light on the signals side is on an nothing else happening. Please help me how to repair my dead device?
